Compassionate Care Properties

Description

Compassionate Care Properties is a Baltimore real estate development company focused on privately financed affordable housing. Their site presents the brand, mission, and project pipeline, and supports partner outreach and request forms. We designed and built a modern marketing site with a Payload CMS backend so the team can manage content, properties, and media without code changes. The frontend is built with purposeful motion and a visual system aligned to the brand. With a unique grid lined designed to emphasis percise architecture, Compassionate Care Homes is different than the other real estate venture.
