The platform centralizes property listings, draw request workflows, approvals, document management, team administration, and announcements, replacing fragmented email/spreadsheet processes with a structured digital system. It includes role-based access (developer vs. staff/admin), secure authentication, profile/settings management, integrated feedback capture, and operational tools like Airtable synchronization for back-office workflows. The result is a faster, more transparent process for managing development projects from intake through review and completion.
